Dr. Alex Dawotola brings an extensive Public and private sector, including Oil and Gas industry experience to MB Western Industrial Contracting Co, having spent most of his experience engaged in the Oil & Gas, Industrial and Civil Infrastructure arena. Previously, Alex served as Project Manager with Corporations such as Wood Group, Oceaneering, SBM Offshore, and Philips prior to establishing HENECO (the parent company of MB Western).
Alex is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with excellent track record leading high performing teams. Skilled in Engineering Design, Project Management, contract Management. Strong business development professional with a PhD degree in Engineering.
Mr. Bosley has over 40 years experience in design and construction administration of various piling, heavy civil and marine projects. He formerly served as a District Project Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers, and then later as the Vice-President of Falcon Construction, H.M. Carlton Construction and C.C. Carlton Construction Company.
Formed MB Western Industrial Contracting Company in 1989. Serves as President till October 2020, performing all contract administration, estimating, purchasing, contract negotiations and solicitation of new work. He is currently the Vice President in charge of all Infrastructure projects done by MB Western Industrial Contracting Company.
Bill is an experienced Superintendent with broad Pile driving and Rigging experience. Previously, Billy was Pile Driving and Rigging Superintendent for numerous projects with heavy marine experience for clients including Reynolds Metals (Corpus Christi), Port of Houston Authority, Harris County Flood Control, Texas Highway Department, SHB Builders, and H.B. Zachry.
Co-founded MB Western Industrial Contracting Company in 1989. Serves as Secretary and General Field Superintendent for all projects till October 2020. Billy is currently the Vice President in charge of all Field Projects and Operations.
